Standard features The heat treatment centre provides comprehensive temperature control and recording for any heat treatment operation.Well finished and compactly built into a manageable mobile unit, its rugged and reliable design gives it a long on-site working life expectancy.
Protection from unauthorised use is achieved by provision of lockable steel doors with clear view panels fitted to the front instrument panel for visual instrument checks.
Mannings solid state programmers provide fully automatic heat treatment cycles including control of temperature rise and fall, soak temperature and soak times. The unit also has a hold/scan thermocouple feature. Set point temperature and program state can be checked at any time during the cycle on the L.E.D. display and illuminated mimic diagram. Power rating is 100% up to a maximum ambient temperature of 50oC.
Maximum connected load for the 50kVA centre - 48.6kW.Maximum connected load for the 70kVA centre - 64.8kW.Contactorised switching. Overcurrent and winding temperature protection.Auto/Manual mode selection switches and neon indicator lamps for each channel. Six polarised thermocouple sockets for control and recording. Six polarised thermocouple sockets for recording of gradient temperatures. Two auxiliary 115Vac fused supply sockets.
