Type AT1

AT1 Air Thermostats operate from the temperature of ambient air, activated by the sensor bulb inside the housing. This Air Thermostat is suitable for a wide variety of control applications including frost protection, space heating and anti-condensation.

ST Capillary Thermostats are designed to provide accurate control by constantly monitoring the pipe surface temperature and are recommended for use on plastic pipes and where substances are very sensitive to temperature.

The stainless steel sensing bulb contains liquid, which expands and contracts as the temperature fluctuates. This operates through the capillary to a diaphragm operating the contacts.
