The 50 page illustrated publication, which is printed in-house, is now available in BRAZILIAN PORTUGESE, CHINESE, CROATIAN, FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, POLISH, RUSSAIN, SPANISH, SWEDISH and an ARABIC version will also be available shortly see catalogue page to order and for updates on future languages which will be available.
The catalogue contains details of the complete range of the latest heat treatment equipment which Mannings manufacture, sell and hire to solve any heat treatment problem. In particular, technical specifications and descriptions are included on Self-Contained Heat Treatment Centres, Electric and Gas Heating Equipment, Furnaces, Control Systems, Instrumentation, and ancillary equipment as well as spare parts.
Also featured is the latest version of Mannings Four Channel DC Heat Treatment Unit which has been developed for use in countries which experience high humidity and for under water welding operations. This unit has a desk type console and is manufactured in stainless steel. Construction is in accordance with the Code of Practice for Safe Use of Electricity Under Water and a feature of the design is that power distributed through an umbilical cable. Applications have included pre and post weld heat treatment on offshore oil platforms jacket structures and sub-sea pipeline weld repairs in hyperbaric chambers.
Mannings heat treatment equipment is regularly on show at overseas exhibitions and venues this year include Welding '97 in Yugoslavia and Interwelding '97 which is held in Poland where Mannings previously won a Gold Medal at the International Business Fair.
