Since the early eighties, MANNINGS have operated documented Quality Control and were referring to and practicing Total Quality Control (TQC) during that period.
Then as BS 5750 came into the forefront, all procedures were revised according to that standard. As Total Quality Management (TQM) was becoming more relevant in the nineties, MANNINGS commitment to Quality was continued along that path as prescribed in BS 7850 as follows:-
"The Company and the Team will continue to assure maximum effectiveness and efficiency within the Organisation by ensuring that all processes and systems are aligned to satisfy customer requirements and all other objectives without waste of effort or money and using the full potential of all personnel within the Organisation.
Therefore, customer satisfaction, Health & Safety, Environmental considerations and commercial objectives will be interdependent resulting in goods and services continuing to be of the highest quality and competitive in price."
The Company is now Registered ISO 9000 and has a Quality & Procedures Manual.
