The MER 50 has been carefully designed and manufactured as a low cost solution for safe, reliable and rapid environmentally friendly incineration with a through put of less than 50 Kg/hour (low capacity).

The Mannings MER 50 incinerator comprises of a two-stage system. The primary stage is the main combustion chamber, which is front-loaded. This is a standard tried and tested refractory lined furnace design, which has been used by Mannings for many years.

During the incineration cycle the fumes are drawn from the main zone of combustion through to the after burner in order to obtain virtually complete combustion, thus decreasing emission levels of air pollutants.

The incinerator has been specifically designed to incinerate most types of fallen stock, chickens, turkeys, calves, pigs, goats, sheep, cats, dogs, waste meat products, almost anything!
